Green Routes offers a 4-5 year educational and training programme. We aim to attract young people in their last year of school and through horticulture and rural skills support them to develop a range of life skills and employability where appropriate. The programme is sufficiently flexible to meet individual needs but will broadly follow the stages set out below:
RCHS Grow and Learn 1
Employability & Life Skills
Work ethic, time awareness, appropriate dress,
Health and Safety.
RCHS Grow and Learn 1

The focus of the final years will be a range of opportunities again targeted to the individual’s future aspirations.
